Initial position

Lie on your back on the ground.

Procedure

  1. Put both the hands besides thighs. Firmly press the palms to the ground.
  2. Lift the left leg upto 20° with inhalation.
  3. Lift the right leg upto 45&def; while inhaling.
  4. Move the legs simultaneously up and down. Breathing should follow the movement of the legs.

Duration

Half minute to two minutes.

Benefits

Muscles of stomach becomes strong. Appetite increases very much. Constipation, obesity are cured. The loins become strong.
This Asana is suitable for people of all ages.
