Plavini PranayamaFirmly sit in an Asana. In this Pranayama, Sadhaka inhale the air as if drinking water. Stomach is bloated due to Puraka as if one drinks excess of water. Stomach becomes like a drum. A strange sound is produced if you tap the stomach with finges. Rechaka should be done slowly. It is enough to do this Pranayama 3 or 4 times per day. Benefits of Plavini Pranayama:By the accomplishment of this Pranayama Sadhaka can float on water for a long time. This Pranayama cures all diseases related to Stomach. Gastric fire is increased.
